Data deletion request

You can ask us to delete the personal data RoamCircle holds about you at any time.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@roamcircle.co from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my data.” To help us find your account quickly, include the name or social handle you signed up with.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, avatar, bio, social links).
• The data we received from your sign-in provider (Google, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram).
• Any guides you created and their places, photos, and tips.
• Your purchase records, except transaction data we must retain for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

Timeframe

We confirm your request and delete your data within 30 days, and reply to let you know it is done.

Revoke app access

You can also remove RoamCircle from your social account’s connected-apps settings (Facebook, Google, TikTok, or Instagram) to stop sharing data with us going forward.
